UK Top 100 firm RWK Goodman has announced the organisation’s adoption of Tiger Eye Send and Sign, the trusted integration for iManage and DocuSign. The integration is part of the wider Tiger Eye Tools range delivered by Tiger Eye, which was recently expanded following the launch of three new solutions including the firm’s Workspace Automate tool.

Tiger Eye Send and Sign seamlessly integrates DocuSign and iManage, empowering legal teams to send documents for signature from the iManage right-click menu. Streamlining workflows behind the scenes, the integration then automatically files signed documents as new versions of original content within the document management system, conveniently handling the send-sign-save workflow for busy fee-earners.

RWK Goodman provides trusted advice to clients across a range of sectors including banking, financial services, health and social care, technology, media and retail.  The firm’s adoption of Tiger Eye’s integration features as part of the organisation’s wider digital transformation strategy, which has a strong focus on user experience. Integrating DocuSign and iManage, the solution will support the firm’s team of over 575 staff in 8 locations across the UK to deliver advice more efficiently by reducing time waste in contract workflows.

The firm launched the integration in May, reaping time-savings of up to 10 minutes per contract (as found by Womble Bond Dickinson, another firm which relies on the powerful integration to streamline the e-signing workflow).
