Dr Matthew Terrell

Matthew is the Head of Marketing for vLex Global Markets, who provide the world’s largest collections of common and civil law, alongside innovative AI-powered technology.

Matthew is also the creator of the vLex International Law and Technology Writing Competition, and former editorial board member for Modern Law Magazine.

Prior to joining vLex (formally Justis), Matthew was the Co-founder and Chief Communications Officer for Call For Participants, an online research service used by over 600 universities around the world. Matthew has also acted as a star-up mentor for Virgin Start-up’s, The Princes Trust and Jisc.

Cathy Kirby

Cathy has worked in legal IT for over 30 years, the majority of that time in senior roles such as IT Manager, Head of IT and then latterly Technology Director.  She has in-depth and real hands-on experience of all areas of technology, from devising and delivering key strategies to managing a raft of project types including mergers, de-mergers, office moves, implementation of web sites/applications, major infrastructure changes and Practice Management System replacements.

From three decades in practice, Cathy has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and practical learning that she is now sharing with clients in her Consultancy role both on a project basis and as a Virtual IT Director.

Cathy’s particular strength is her holistic approach, where projects are not just about understanding the requirements, objectives and technicalities, but also the culture of the firm and its individuals.

Simon Law

Simon Law is a Licensed Conveyancer with over 20 years experienced in conveyancing.

Simon is a Director and Head of Legal Practice for DC Law and JS Law (which DC Law purchased in September 2016).

Simon has extensive experience working in the profession having worked for large and small firms. Simon established Secure Legal Solutions in 2010, which merged with DC Law in January 2013.

Simon is the current Chairperson of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers (the professional body which represents Licensed Conveyancers).

Andy Clarke

Andy Clarke is rradar’s Chief Technology Officer responsible for leading rradar’s expanding Digital Tools through our dev/product and IT teams, and setting the strategic and operational direction for rradar’s technology systems, both client facing and internal, along with data, analytics innovation and infrastructure.

Andy brings extensive experience to rradar as a digital, technology, customer transformation and change leader, having served in senior roles within both the public and private sectors.

He has over 15 years of proven success driving innovative Customer Experience (CX) improvements at a strategic level to develop digital first customer centric approaches to customer engagement, as well as driving growth, performance, and innovation for his clients.

Prior to joining rradar, Andy was a Director of CX Analytics and Consulting with Concentrix, the second largest global outsourcer where he was responsible for the delivery of digital and customer transformation, working across multiple geographies and languages for the EMEA region owning analytics customer success leadership with a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies to shape their CX vision and drive improvements across their CX landscape.
